This is an unhappy peanut man. Over the past couple of days, Francis and I have been working on him and his friends using styrofoam packing peanuts and a big styrofoam block from our new vaccum cleaner (which rocks by the way). Why is he so unhappy? My guess is that it has to do with Georgie’s 102º – 103.6º fever for the past 3 days. It’s what we officially call “no fun” around here. We went to the doc this morning and his ears are fine and no signs of anything else. So, it’s a waiting game. If fever persists than we have to take him back to the hospital and start getting tests. Let’s hope this thing goes away soon. Babies and fevers make me nervous. As always, i can still work a smile out of him so I’m not too worried.
Peanut world tidbit: I told Francis we were going to make “sculpture.” So, since we started this on Wednesay she’s been saying things like ” I want to do sculpture” and “Don’t let Scouty get my sculpture!” It’s pretty cute to hear her say it. This was a great project. I definitely recommend it…even if you don’t have children. 😉
